Lessons i learned from Corporate World...

I learned many of Few things in this corporate world.

Good Things are:

1. How to be a good Manager to the Field force.
2. Basics of the actual job (practical not what we studied in text books)
3. How to be and good colleague, Subordinate, superior.
4. Do your own work/assigned work

Corporate learned me Few things:

1. How manager not to be.
2. How not to play politics in the corporate.
3. How politics arise in the Corporate.
4. How the Corporate Girls/womens/Mens will be and how to identify the nature of those people and how to mingle with those people .

These are some of my experiences, i learned in my 3.6 years career, and even now i didn't understand why the girls/women's do nonsense thing to protect their job(cant they live with out that), i donno  is that their mentality changed by corporate or They inherited from parents.

and Mens they play unnecessary politics why the hell they cant do their own work unnecessarily involve in to others work.

My conclusion is Do your own work, nothing can stop you.

My Best Mistake: Getting Fired Made Me an Entrepreneur

This is Wonderful article which i found which inspired me a lot ...
A must read article for Young Employee who started their career
The best career mistake I ever made led me to become my own boss. Not so bad after all!
Flashback: it’s 1995. I’m young and eager, and probably even a bit foolish. I just started my first job at a recruitment company after having spent months in a row writing my thesis. A process that cost me part of my sanity and my health, sitting countless hours on uncomfortable chairs in the university library. May I remind you that back then the Internet was a rather new phenomenon and people were still using typewriters, huge computers and awfully slow and noisy inkjet printers… Ah, sweet memories.
So, when innovations like the Internet and mobile phones first appeared in Belgium, I immediately understood their potential and the impact they could have on our way of working and living. I became one of those early Internet-believers and praised those groundbreaking technologies through the roof. The recruitment company where I worked still depended heavily on a paper archive, snail mail, fax and fixed phone lines. I was already foreseeing the impact of those innovations on my daily tasks: send job descriptions by email, contact candidates privately on their cell phones instead of at the office or at home... Major efficiency improvements!
So I shared my thoughts with my boss. She answered clear and simple: it was unlikely she would ever invest in expensive IT while we could go on working the old way. We already had one computer in the office. That should be sufficient. I suppose my disappointment showed when I left her office. I even got sacked just a few days later. My mistake? I guess juniors are simply too young to have a vision on the future of the company. Therefore, I was trouble.
My answer was that I never wanted to work for a boss anymore. I started my very own tech-savvy recruitment company. Not to prove her wrong, I just felt very strongly about my vision on the future. In just 5 years I built a strong brand and I sold it soon afterwards, focusing even more on the opportunities the Internet has on offer with a new company and my very own online recruitment solution.
I like to believe my ex-boss noticed and now regrets her decision. Her company actually went bankrupt 5 years later. But it doesn’t really matter. Looking back on this episode, I’m even grateful. It's amazing how things turned out. Every mistake and every choice you ever make has an influence on your path in life. Nothing is written, but I truly believe it is worth following your guts. I fell and stood back up stronger. What I learned? Nobody is too young to have a vision for the company. Listen to your coworkers and employees, and certainly the juniors. They may have little or no experience, but they do have the future. They know all about the latest trends because they are writing them. And if one ever shows the guts to share his or her idea, I suggest you listen carefully…

NEW FRAUD in Bombay

NEW FRAUD in Bombay
given below is happend to someone &  he has narrted this in his  own words  :
" I received a call from someone claiming that he was from my mobile Service provider and he asked
me to shutdown my phone for 2 hours for 3G update to take place. As I was rushing for a meeting,
I did not question, but just shut down my cell phone.
After 45 minutes I felt very suspicious since the caller did not even introduce his name.
I quickly turned on my cell phone and saw several missed calls from my family members
and the others were from the number that had called me earlier –
I called my parents and I was shocked that they sounded very worried asking me whether I am safe.
My parents told me that they had received a call from someone claiming that they had me with them
and asking for money to let me free. The call was so real and my parents even heard 'my voice' crying
out loud asking for help.
My father was at the bank waiting for next call to proceed for money transfer.
I told my parents that I am safe and asked them to lodge a police report.
Right after that I received another call from the guy asking me to
shutdown my cell phone for another 1 hour which I refused to do and hung up.
They kept calling my cell phone until the battery had run down. I myself
lodged a police report and I was informed by the officer that there were many such
scams reported. MOST of the cases reported that the victim had already
transferred the money! And it is impossible to get back the money. Be
careful as this kind of scam might happen to any of us!!!
Those guys are so professional and very convincing during calls. If you are asked to
shut down your cell phone for updates by the service provider, ASK AROUND!
Your family or friends might receive the same call. "
Be Safe and Stay Alert!
Please pass around to your family and friends !!!

What is the definition of corporate? For Girls and boss( Only few bosses)

Corporate is a word having lot of meaning for it..

For girls:-
They simply come to corporate world with out any efforts, i wonder how they are coming easily than boys what i concluded is this.

Everybody is having a social networking account like Fb, linkedin etc., especially i wanted to talk about linkedin the so called bosses and job seekers are active professionally in this.
Girls visit the profile of an HR or Any higher official of other company and those people will able to see who visited their profile and they send frn request if the girl is looking good and will get into talk with them nicely for the sake of they will get something 4m girls and giving a red carpet entry to corporate. Because of this many talented boys are suffering at initial stage..

Why im saying all this is, entry into corporate is easy than boys i had seen with my eyes and listen from other friends..A small example:- Consider a boy and girl having same qualification and equally talented attend an interview, the girl have more preference than to a boys because everyone expects something 4m a girl..So boys we are having a tough time in future be careful protect yourself.

Life journey to pmt

PMT- I like this word very much..

Because PMT starts with Product executive, Product Manager, Group product manager, Marketing manager, General manager- marketing and etc.,

A PMT person is a wikipedia of the brand and he is like a director for the film like how the director does from story to heroes and satified with audience whisles. Like mise a Pmt person is same but takecare of entire brand life cycle,

For entry to pmt every individual (especially boys) struggle a lot to get entry, even many of boys are ready to do the job without salary in intial stage.. see this is the craze towards pmt and fighting towards pmt.
Fortunately, i also struggle intially for entry as all you know that i had worke for 2 years in field sales and in good mnc companies(thanks for my B.pharm) and atleast i send 200 resumes to recruiters for entry into pmt, now its ok i got entry into pmt and working well.

For girls it is exactly reverse, After B.pharm they can join to linkedin create a profile and regularly visit recruiters profiles and upload a good looking photograph. Thats it offers will come to your feet..sometimes i feel very bad by seeing these kind of situations. But can't do anything one thing i learned is encourage the talent not the beauty.
